Welcome to ImUp! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ImUp mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by Abretto, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using ImUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
ImUp is a social alarm clock designed to enhance waking experiences by allowing users to notify friends when their alarms are set, activated, and turned off.
User Responsibility:

You acknowledge that the App is a supplemental alarm tool and should not be your sole method of waking up.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device volume is on, notifications are enabled, and alarms are properly set.

You understand that external factors (e.g., phone settings, operating system restrictions, device failures, battery depletion, network issues, or third-party limitations) may prevent the App from functioning as expected.
2. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
2.1 No Guarantee of Performance
The App does not guarantee that alarms will always activate, notify users, or function without errors. You acknowledge that:

Apple’s background restrictions may impact the App’s ability to run continuously.

Device settings, system updates, battery optimizations, or “Do Not Disturb” modes may affect the App’s functionality.

Network disruptions, server outages, or software bugs may cause unexpected behavior.
2.2 No Liability for Oversleeping or Missed Alarms
We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from:

Oversleeping due to an alarm not activating.

Missed alarms or notifications.

Any loss, damages, injury, missed appointments, job loss, or other adverse outcomes arising from App malfunctions.You agree to use additional alarm methods (e.g., built-in phone alarms, physical alarm clocks, or other backup systems) to ensure timely waking.

ImUp may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google, Apple, Firebase). We do not control these services and are not liable for their performance or any disruptions they may cause.
3. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:
